If you are not satisfied with your product or if a technical defect occurs, we explain here how you can quickly and easily initiate a return to us.
1.) Difference between return for credit or technical defect
- in case of a technical defect, please contact Support first
- for a return for credit, please note that the goods must not be older than 14 days and all parts of the original delivery must be present, please also delete all data on the device or the device in the cloud / app.

The return must be sufficiently stamped
(unpaid or insufficiently stamped shipments unfortunately cannot be accepted)
Currently, SMARTBLU does not offer a return label or similar,
the return label / postage must be created / paid for by the sender.
3.) Processing time / refund
- Credits are generally refunded within 7-14 days after receipt of the return to the original payment method used.
- Repairs usually take 10-21 days from receipt of the defective product.
